The process had four parts: meeting with the manager, then some team members, then HR, and finally the director. It was a long process for an internship, but it was good to learn about the team, what they need, and what skills are important for the internship. This was part of a women in tech internship program for recent grads wanting to get experience. It's a great way for young people to start their careers.

The process was slow with delayed feedback. The office environment is nice. However, for an internship position, it was extremely tiring. I can only imagine if it were for a higher position. It was tedious and should have been in fewer stages. We had to spend a whole day at the office for the selection process, which makes it difficult for people working elsewhere to even have a chance to participate.
