First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bridger Consulting Group.
Analyst
Had 2 interviews and 1 case study. They asked in-depth questions about the company and recent acquisitions. They mainly want to see if you'll be a good fit for the culture. Everyone was nice and had only good things to say about the working culture, but emphasized that it's a startup.
- Can you tell me about Bridger and our business?
Analyst
It's a friendly interview process. First, a background call to check your interest and willingness. Second, a case study to show your knowledge in the expert network industry. Third, an in-person interview with the research and engagement managers and the CFO/HR person.
- Can you explain what Bridger is and what we do?
- Tell me about our competitors.
- Who are our clients?
Consultant
It was a short phone screen, then a case interview, and then another interview. The recruiter was kind of arrogant and told me I should have researched the company more, which was hard given their website is full of buzzwords and there was hardly any info online. He also asked me about the job duties and if I knew Bridger’s competitors, which felt weird for an entry level role.
- Can you name any companies that compete with Bridger?
- Could you describe what Bridger does?
- What are the responsibilities associated with this role?
Analyst
It was a pretty standard interview process. The company is growing steadily for a startup and seemed like a great place to start a career after college. Everyone I interviewed with was professional and driven. You should do your research about expert networks; it's easy to get confused about the interview process if you're not passionate or don't see it as a career path.
- Can you name some of our competitors?
- Walk me through your resume.
- Describe a time you had to handle a difficult person.
