First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bridge Property Management.
Renewal Specialist
I applied online and then I found a recruiter on LinkedIn to follow up with. After my initial phone screening, I was passed along to the hiring manager. The position was for a renewals specialist and the second interview went well. But, I was ghosted by the recruiter Barbara when I asked for an update on the hiring process.
- What are your reasons for wanting a remote work arrangement?
New Resident Specialist
The interview process was great. The regional manager was very professional and she was very knowledgeable and aware of my skills and what was needed of me for the role.
- Can you tell me about your experience and availability?
- What is your overall expertise for this role?
Property Manager
The interviewer was busy with other things and not focused on the interview, and was late. They seemed uninterested from the start and preoccupied with everything else. They should focus on the interview instead of other tasks in the future. It was an unprofessional representation of Bridge Property Management.
- What did you dislike about your previous role?
Leasing Consultant
The interview process was good and went smoothly. They asked typical interview questions. One question I found interesting was asking my definition of a leader. The property manager was nice and I felt comfortable.
- Describe a time you experienced conflict and how you resolved it.
