First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bridge Personnel Services Corp.
Receptionist
So first, I did a video interview, lasted about 20 minutes. The very next day, I had a phone interview about the assignment I'd be working on, which was around 10 minutes. A few days later, I had a face-to-face interview with the same person from the assignment, for about 30 minutes. Right after that, I met with the department manager. He had a newer management person with him, which was a bit unexpected but fine. We talked for about 30 minutes. They offered me the job the day after that.
- What are the top three things you hope we have learned about you?
Temporary Position
The interview went quite well. I spoke with a woman who asked me some questions about my past work. It was mostly standard interview questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?'. She also offered some helpful career advice at the end.
- What are your career aspirations for the next 5 to 10 years?
Clerical Worker
I was reached out to by email or phone about a job. Once they saw my resume and thought I was a good fit, I was asked to do some tests to see how good I am at the skills needed. Then, I was contacted to schedule an in-person interview at the office.
- Can you describe your experience and skills related to data entry?
Customer Service Representative
Had a quick interview to discuss why I was interested in working for the agency. Spoke with people from both the staffing agency and the company that's hiring. Everyone from both places was really nice and willing to help.
- What's your approach when handling angry customers over the phone?
