First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bridge Home Health and Hospice.
Registered Nurse
It was a straightforward interview. They asked situational questions, about why I'm leaving my current job, my availability, my strengths, and how I deal with challenging patients. Not much was discussed about the specifics of the role itself. The people were nice, and the team is currently undergoing some changes.
- Can you describe a situation involving a patient with CHF?
- Can you describe a situation involving a diabetic patient?
- Can you describe a situation involving a patient on Oxygen?
Physical Therapist
It was an in-person interview with the Executive Director. I was asked questions about my experience and why I wanted to work there. I was also asked hypothetical questions about various situations and how I would respond. Then, I was given time to ask my own questions about the company, position and benefits.
- How would you respond if you discovered a discrepancy in treatment or billable time?
Volunteer Coordinator
The interview was conducted via Zoom because of Covid shelter in place. It was a very straightforward process. Initially, I had one phone interview with an HR representative. Following that, I had a Zoom interview with both the Regional and the ED. Overall, it was a really nice and uncomplicated experience.
- How many volunteers do you currently manage in your job?
Receptionist
Everyone was really nice and helpful from the moment I got to the reception area until the interview itself. The vibe in the office was just as good. I felt really relaxed and comfortable. Both people I spoke with were super friendly and easy to chat with.
- Can you tell me why you decided to leave your last job?
