First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bridge Diagnostics (CA).
Laboratory Assistant
The interview process was quick, with just one interview. They asked standard questions about teamwork and lab experience.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Supervisor
HR was a bit disorganized. They set up a lot of meetings with different people, but the salary they offered was way lower than what I make now. They really need to look at the application carefully to avoid wasting everyone's time.
- Can you tell me about the equipment you have experience with?
Inventory Management Specialist
I applied on Linkedin Easy Apply and then got an email from HR for a phone screen. After that, I went in-person to the office to speak with HR and the Hiring Manager. They explained that they are a startup founded by a CEO who previously started another successful company. It was a standard 'tell us about yourself and your background' followed by them explaining their company. They asked STAR situational and behavioral questions. It felt like a relaxed conversation with a young, energetic team.
- Can you describe your past experience and current situation, using the STAR method for behavioral examples?
Application Support Technician
I applied online and then had a Teams meeting with HR. I got an interview offer a couple days after applying and then an update about a week later. The first interview was more of a 'get to know you' type of thing, and the second one was supposed to be more technical.
- Can you introduce yourself and go over your resume and experience?
- What motivated you to apply to our company?
- What research have you done on our company?
