you will have two interviews. the first one is with the store manager, and the second one is with the district manager. they mainly want to know if you have bridal and sales experience. they'll be looking for someone who is aggressive in sales and capable of learning about fabrics and styles, and has some understanding of the industry.

I first met with the Regional Manager and Sales Director at the store. They were really nice and easy to chat with, more like a conversation than a formal interview. Then, I was set to meet the company owner at their headquarters a week later. The company seemed to be going through some changes, as the interview took place in a temporary room with tables. The owner was pleasant and asked the usual strengths and weaknesses questions, along with some unexpected hypothetical questions. It was a good experience overall. I got an offer, but turned it down because the pay wasn't what I was looking for.

I reached out to the store to see if they were hiring, and they said yes. So, I went in the next day and dropped off my resume. The store manager contacted me a few days later for an interview. It seemed to go well, and she mentioned I'd have another interview with the regional manager. A few days after that, I had a phone interview with the regional manager. About a week later, the store manager called me with a job offer. I went in the following week to complete the necessary paperwork and then started working a few days after that.
