The interview was really good, focusing on my strengths. We talked about the company, what the job involves, and the benefits. They also asked about my compliance and requirements to start working. Overall, it was a great, direct interview. I'm excited about the chance to work there and grow my skills.

We'll start with a phone call to see if you're a good fit. If that goes well, the next step is a Zoom interview with an area hiring manager who is also a dentist. If that interview is successful, you'll be invited for an in-person interview with the regional manager at a specific practice location.

Really really weird! I have worked in the dental field for 14 years and they covered more about my personal life than professional. I was interviewed by people much younger than myself and I felt their practice was all about how much you could push on a customer not "patient" to buy. I have already noticed people I was introduced to have their resumes back out looking again.

The interview process was great, professional, and reassuring. I applied on October 30 and heard back right away on October 30. They answered all my questions and were open to feedback. When I saw something missing from the offer, they didn't hesitate to change it and put everything in writing so I felt comfortable. They were flexible when I offered to start earlier even though the original plan was for me to start in two weeks.
