First a phone call, then an interview with the director, and finally a last interview at the headquarters in Essonne with a skills test. I received a response very quickly afterwards, in less than a week.

It started with a phone call and then an in-person meeting. I had really good feelings about it; the people were very professional and qualified. They gave me all the information about the position and the requirements. Afterwards, I received detailed information about everything necessary. The atmosphere with the people who interviewed me was very friendly and welcoming.

We had a group interview where they asked us about ourselves, what we could bring to the table, and if we knew their company values, among other company-related questions. After that, there was a practical part where we had to write two articles.

The process started with an HR interview where they asked about my academic and professional background, using my CV, and also about my strengths, weaknesses, SWOT, and market insights. Then there was an operational interview, again looking at my CV, asking about my motivations for purchasing and DIY, future projects, and what I envisioned for the role as an intern. This was followed by another operational interview with my N+1, which was a validation round after the first operational one, and covered the same topics: CV, purchasing motivations, DIY motivations, future projects, and envisioned tasks for the internship.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What are your reasons for pursuing a career in purchasing?
  • What draws you to the DIY sector?
