It's pretty much like other fancy places. They'll give you some water and ask about your past jobs. If you seem decent and nice, they'll probably hire you. A lot of it just depends on whether they need servers right now; if they're already fully staffed, it's gonna be tough to get in.

The interview process involved three separate meetings with each of the Managers. They were keen to understand who I am and why I was interested in working at Bricktop's. After I answered some pretty straightforward questions, I was offered the job. It was a typical experience for an interview at a high-end restaurant.

Had an interview scheduled for midday. First, I spoke with a manager, and then after that, I sat down with the Assistant General Manager. The whole thing took under two hours. The managers were really down-to-earth and asked some pretty standard questions.
