So I had THREE interviews for this job. I know it's a sales gig, but it felt a bit over the top. This place acts like they're some huge tech company. They'll hire folks without degrees, but then they grill the ones who do have them. Part of the interview involved making actual phone calls, which felt weird since that's what I did all day at my last job. They wanted to see if I could make calls, like I'd never done it before. Then, my final interview was at their corporate office, and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for someone to show up. The front desk was empty, it was like my time didn't matter and nobody cared I was there. Super unprofessional, honestly. It's just a gym, why put people through so many interviews just to potentially have a FOURTH one?
