The interview process involved a lot of technical questions about the trade. It would be ideal if you had common knowledge about the company and experience as a sales advisor helping customers. Pretty much common sense for a lot of the questions.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a good amount of time to get ready and they told me what to expect. I got to pick the time and day that worked best for me, which was super helpful. The interviewers were really nice and made me feel comfortable. I got to ask everything I wanted to, and they also talked about their experiences working at Brewers, which sounded really good. I didn't get the job this time, but I got some great feedback and would totally consider jobs with them again.
