They initially call to set up a phone interview, which covers really basic stuff like 'tell me about a time when you...'. If they're happy with that, they'll schedule an in-person meeting. This part feels more like a meet-and-greet with your potential team rather than a formal interview; it's about showing your personality and asking questions. After that, you might not hear anything for a while because HR is a bit slow, but eventually, they'll call to either offer you the position or let you know you didn't get it.

I had a phone call to set up the first generic interview, which was with just one hiring manager. Then, I had a second interview with three engineers who asked some questions about my resume and talked about the work at the Rolla and Vichy sites.

I had an HR interview first, and it was brief. Then, a technical interview, which I felt went pretty well. After that, I was invited for an on-site interview that included a presentation and a panel interview. The whole thing took the entire day, from 8 am to 4 pm. Everything was great, the staff was really friendly, and I didn't notice any issues. The only downside is the location; it's truly in the middle of nowhere.

Had a quick phone call with HR to start, then they scheduled me for an in-person interview. The in-person part involved meeting several potential teammates who asked why I was interested in the role and how I found out about the company. During the interview, they asked about my understanding of different applications and went over my previous work in the field. It wasn't overly difficult; I think they mainly wanted to check if I grasp basic electrical engineering concepts.
