It was a very technical interview, and it was handled very professionally. It included a mix of hands-on and hands-off experience. The HR and CIO were really nice and open. They were understanding even if you didn't have experience with the software they use. I would have loved to work there; it seems like a very positive workplace.

The interview process was pretty cool and the interviewers were really into what I had to say. We dove deep into the technical exercises I'd already sent over. They hit me with some great questions and gave me useful feedback, which made the whole chat interesting and informative. All in all, it was a good time and showed they were genuinely interested and professional.

The interview process was confusing. HR called to set up an interview for the following week. They called at the interview time but then asked to reschedule again. On the third call, we were able to discuss the position. It's a temporary role paying $22/hr, but some listings had conflicting information about it being full-time with benefits. HR was unaware of these discrepancies. For a low-level hourly position, the interview process was quite lengthy, with no guarantee of contract extension. It was disappointing given the brand's reputation.

The recruitment process was quite unusual, starting with scheduling an interview ten days out. Following the initial interview, I was asked to prepare a case study for a second round. The hiring manager was significantly late for this meeting. After discussing the presentation, a third round with HR was scheduled. Post this third interview, they requested references and a medical exam, but there was no clear timeline for the process or salary details. I also experienced being ghosted by multiple contacts at the company.
