First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brentwood Industries.
Project Planner
The interview process was quite simple. They mostly asked about my past experience and how it connected to the job. Depending on the specific business unit, there might be some high-level questions about product.
- Can you share an example of a situation involving a customer and how you handled it?
- Describe your experience dealing with customers in various situations.
IT Help Desk Technician
It was a really well-organized interview. First, there was a phone interview with HR. Then, I had a meeting with both HR and the manager. Finally, I met with the team, and they might ask some technical questions, but it was mostly about seeing if we'd get along.
- What about this company interests you?
- What makes you want to work for us?
- Help desk scenario: how to handle a low priority executive issue versus a cybersecurity issue from a regular user.
Design Engineer
First screening interview, could be virtual or in-person. This round won't be too technical, just need basic design engineering knowledge like 2D/3D software and motor/gearbox selection. If shortlisted, you'll have a virtual F2F interview with the USA team since it's a US-based MNC. If selected and within budget, they'll offer you the job. Don't worry, this round isn't too hard; they want someone who can manage things properly as they have standard processes.
- Can you tell me about your current job role?
- How do you handle having multiple projects to complete at once?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Warehouse Worker
It was a really simple interview. I went in and chatted with a few people from different departments. They were all super nice. They asked me if I could use some of the tools and if I was good with Excel and Word.
- Would you be okay with standing for extended periods?
- Can you comfortably use warehouse tools?
- Do you have good skills with Excel and Microsoft Word?
