I applied in early January and then it took about 6 weeks to hear back from the recruiter for this role. The recruiter interview was fine, they were nice and asked pretty standard questions. At the end, the recruiter asked for my availability for the next round and said they'd confirm the final time by the end of the next day. I followed up but never got a response. It would've been nice to get an update even if they decided to go with another candidate.

I had an interview with one of the founders. The interview was fine, but he didn't ask questions that would highlight my skills or potential. He also didn't follow up with any email after the interview, which is quite inconsiderate. I understand that they probably interview plenty of people but these people are all waiting for a reply whether it's a successful or not successful outcome. Have the curtesy to spent 1 minute for a followup email.

I was contacted to set up a first conversation to discuss the company's structure, my qualifications, and my resume details. The person I spoke with was great and respected my time. It was wonderful to hear directly from one of the co-founders, and her passion for the company was evident in her direct engagement with potential hires.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process spanned three months. Initially, I had one-on-one meetings with the founders. Following that, I met with another team member (Operations), then participated in a group interview, and finally a pitch interview. The process lacked clarity, and the questions asked were unexpected and not entirely relevant to the role. It seemed like the interviewers were not well-prepared and were quite distracted, as evidenced by the founder and head of ops chatting and laughing during some parts of the larger interview, which was off-putting.
