I applied and had a phone screen that was about 30 minutes and it went well. Then I was given a take home assignment that had a fast turn around time. After that, I was contacted to schedule a final interview but they only provided one time that didn't work for me. I let them know and a week went by with no response. I emailed again and got an out of office reply. I contacted the original recruiter and they told me it was too late in the process to interview me. It's weird because two years later, it looks like no one is in that role.

The interview process spanned nearly two months and included five interviews and two assignments, which felt excessively long. There was no transparency about what to expect in each interview, causing anxiety. Each interview lasted an hour and a half, which was draining. A particularly strange part was an interview where I had to answer questions while being recorded for students to see, which felt uncomfortable for a Program Manager role. The number of steps felt excessive for a mid-level management position, more suited for executive roles. After the interviews, I was ghosted for two weeks, and then HR called just to reject me over the phone. Overall, the process was a waste of time, inefficient, lacked transparency, and was disrespectful.

It was really straightforward. If you've worked in non-profits before, you'll be great for this. The whole interview took 20-25 minutes max. They asked about potential challenges and how to work with different student groups.
