Recruiters were amazing, communication with clinicians was wonderful. No red flags. Multiple interviews in-person, panel, and virtual. All parties are very excited to get started. Good indicator I was very open and honest about what I was looking for and they responded very positively to me. Good indicator. I conducted as much research as possible but it is difficult to find out about companies internal workings. That’s why I am completing this so that other potential employees can review this to help them decide. It should be noted that I met with the Clinical Director and a BCaBA who were wonderful, kind, open and accepting ... part of what is not often seen in the field of ABA. Offer in hand, details finalized, we are moving our family for this job!

It was a pretty chill interview, not super formal. Started with a phone call and then a follow-up Zoom with HR. The people I talked to were easy to chat with, but still serious about the job. They seemed pretty excited and supportive.
