It was a very thorough and pleasant interview process. They asked a lot of important questions related to a project I would be hired for. The salary offered was below the market norm, which would have resulted in a pay cut from my regular rate.

It was a really thorough process. They were polite, professional, and seemed to value my input. The pay is lower than what's typical for this kind of job, though, and the workload is heavy with a tight schedule for post-production.

They suggested I apply for a different role that was actually a better fit for me. I had to complete an online essay and then went through one interview. The whole process was really fast and friendly, and I got an offer pretty quickly, within a day or two.
