Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was quick and easy. I got a response within a day of applying and had an interview scheduled for the next day. It started with a short video call with me and the VP of Product. After a good, open chat, they told me to expect an in-person technical interview. Since it was a design role, I had to prep and design a new solution for some problems I found with the Brandzooka platform. I showed these (and other stuff I'd ready) to the VP of Product and lead dev and then answered more questions about me. Overall, it was a great experience!

Behavioral Technical

First, there was a call interview where they asked general background questions, some about my past sales experience and some about my management experience. I think this was mainly to check my phone communication skills. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. During the in-person meeting, I spoke with three different people: the CEO, the COO, and the director of sales. The questions during this meeting were more detailed about my past work, and they also threw in a few technical questions. The whole thing lasted about 45 minutes.

Technical Coding Behavioral

Got a phone interview upfront and then right after, an in-person interview on the same day. The interview included designing a class diagram for a Monopoly game, writing a few PostgreSQL queries, and a debugging session, all within an hour. They also asked some behavioral questions about my past experience, which were pretty straightforward. Overall, it was a good interview experience and it wasn't too long.
