First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brandywine Realty.
Senior Associate
It was a really easy interview process, just one call where they asked a few questions. Unfortunately, they decided not to move forward with my application, and I was informed quickly, which I appreciated.
- What makes you want to leave your current job?
Property Manager
I went through two rounds of interviews for this role. The first was with the senior property manager, which I enjoyed. The second was with the general manager. They said they would follow up via email, but I never heard back. So I guess they're going with someone else, which is a bummer because I'd expect a rejection email after two interviews from a company this big.
- What draws you to property management and the real estate industry?
- Could you tell me about your qualifications and educational background?
Office Manager
It was a really friendly process, mostly behavioral and culture fit questions. They wanted to see how you'd mesh with the team. They asked about your motivation for the role, your general office skills, and how comfortable you are with the Microsoft Suite. People skills are super important! And customer service experience.
- What makes you want to relocate to Brandywine?
Accountant
I interviewed with two managers from the accounting department. They explained the duties of the position and asked about my current experience from my resume. They also asked if I had experience with the duties that the job would require and what brought me to the industry.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
