First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BrandRep.
Marketing Specialist
It was a bad experience overall. They asked me to do some free sample work, but I never got any feedback on it. After I did the work, they just ghosted me completely. It was really frustrating because I put in effort and got no acknowledgment or follow-up.
- Can you describe a time you had to deal with a difficult situation?
Sales Representative
It was a really straightforward and professional hiring process. I first got a call from the recruiter who was super professional and asked some questions about me and the company. It was a comfortable phone interview. Then I was invited for an in-person interview. When I got there, they greeted me right away, and it felt really friendly from the start. The place seems like a fun and upbeat environment but also very professional. The interviewer knew a lot about the product and the company, and they made me feel really comfortable and confident about working there. Overall, it was a great interview experience, and I'm starting next Monday.
- How soon could you start if the job was offered to you?
Software Engineer
They reached out to me online after I applied on a job posting site. A few days later, they got back to me for an interview. First was a voice call where I introduced myself, talked about my previous work, and my skillset. After the voice call, I got a HackerRank invite for a technical test. It had 4 questions (3 easy, 1 average) and I had 90 minutes to complete it. A few days after that, they let me know the result, which was an offer.

Customer Service Representative
The interview process was quick and easy. We discussed my resume and the interviewer asked about my reasons for leaving each of my past jobs. Then, we talked about the position and its duties. Afterwards, she mentioned they would be in touch if they wanted to proceed with a second interview. The atmosphere seemed very nice because they were playing System of a Down music. Overall, I had a very good experience and I'm hoping to be hired!
- What were your reasons for leaving your past employment?
