I got an email about a day or two after applying to schedule a phone interview. They called exactly on time. I messed up the dates and thought it was for the next week, but it was for that week. I had to choose whether to be honest or try to interview unprepared. I went with the latter and did poorly. I didn't get a callback, which was my fault. The interviewer was kind and friendly with her questions; she was great. No complaints about the phone interview itself, just my own lack of preparation. It was a very typical interview with no unexpected questions.

It was a 4 step interview process. First a phone interview with the recruiter. Then an in person with the Director of Sales. Third was a role play sales call with the Director of Sales. Lastly, an in person with the VP. It takes a while to get everything scheduled. For someone with a current job, it might be tough to find the time to make it all work out. But it does make sense to make sure the company hires the right person.

It was pretty straightforward. HR reached out first, then I met with the hiring manager. After that, I spoke with some of the team members I'd be working with. I liked the process because it felt like a real conversation, not just rehashing my previous jobs.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was chaotic and disorganized. They asked basic questions and gave a lot of talk to make themselves sound great. The managers were late, seemed unfocused, and kept checking their watches, appearing clueless about the process.
