Sales
You have to talk to many different people, and then finally, you get to interview with the CEO. Honestly, I can't say anything good about this company. You should leave and don't look back. They hire and then fire people constantly, showing their disfunction. The CEO is ruining the company, and there's no real leadership anywhere.
- Can you share some stories from your childhood?
Software Engineer
First, there was an HR interview, which was very nice and I felt cared for. Then, I interviewed with the CTO, which was fun and a really good time. After that, there was a take-home coding test, but I couldn't finish it because of some family stuff.

Director of Training
I was contacted about this role after an initial candidate fell through, and they were impressed with my skills even though I was initially declined. I went through six interviews over four weeks, and all feedback was positive. The interviews were pretty straightforward, with standard questions. In the end, they decided not to move forward because I lacked industry experience, which was clear on my resume from the start. They were interested in my technical training background and experience building teams from scratch. The team was great and passionate, but it's frustrating how much time job seekers invest in preparing for and attending interviews, only to be excluded for a non-negotiable experience requirement that could have been identified upfront. This wasted everyone's time.
- Describe your leadership style.
Customer Success Representative
This was a really bad interview experience. The recruiter messed up dates and then cancelled a third interview without telling me, only to send a rejection email the next day. They said they found someone who fit their timeline better, but I picked the dates they gave me. They need to treat candidates better.
- Can you describe how you would communicate negative information to a customer?
