Overall, it was a good experience. The interview process started with a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a video call with the hiring manager. The final part of the process involved speaking with the hiring manager and some teammates. The recruiter was easy to talk to and responsive to my questions. The hiring manager seemed experienced and approachable.

First, I did a phone interview where they asked about my work process and project management style. A few hours later, I got an email to schedule a skills test at their office. After completing the skills test, I received another email a couple of days later inviting me back for interviews with team members. This involved meeting with three groups: a hiring manager, a developer and product manager team, and an executive. The hiring manager asked some personality-related questions, the developer and product manager asked basic HTML/CSS questions, and the executive asked more abstract personality questions. About a week later, I got a job offer over the phone, but I turned it down because the salary was much lower than the market rate for a front end developer. The interview process itself was good, though I think it could be shorter, maybe done in one or two days, and the salary should be more competitive.

You meet with pretty much everyone in the office. It's a chance to see if you vibe with the people. Everyone was really nice except for the boss who tries having staring contests with you and actually criticized some of my past (unrelated) work.

This is a tough one to review - I really enjoyed the people at Brandify! They are all fantastic and top-notch! I wasn't super impressed with the interview process, but maybe things were hectic internally so the timing was off. It took about a month. The interview wasn't hard. They want to see your true self and if you'd fit the culture. Sadly for me, I fit the culture great, but my technical skills weren't up to snuff. Maybe it was my bad for playing down my skills to avoid overpromising. Great group of people, great culture! The first interview was a chat with the HR Manager (awesome person). The second was a Skype call with a VP. Then interviews 3, 4, 5 were in the office with a VP and two PMs. Interviews 6, 7, 8, 9 were with PMs, the CEO, and another VP. The tenth interview was a call with the Director of Account Management.
