I applied and they asked me for an interview quickly. Good thing I checked Glassdoor and Indeed first because everything people say about the owners is true. I met the team, but only spoke with one of the owners. It took only 20 minutes to see the horrible culture. The guy was a jerk. He told me he pays people as little as possible. Joke or not, you don't say that in an interview and I don't want to work for someone like that. He had that attitude the whole 20 minutes. Months later, I'm still relieved I didn't take the job. Save yourself and find a company that cares more about its employees.

Walked into the building, was greeted by the receptionist and asked to wait. The manager then met me, we went into a room and they asked me some questions. Less than a week later, I had another interview with the same manager and the HR manager. The questions this time felt more about my personality and whether I would be a good fit for the company culture.

Behavioral Presentation

HR called me and set up a phone interview. The President, Mike Clancy, called me and talked for almost an hour about everything, the good and the bad. He answered all my questions. I might interview with the CEO, Ron Way. They did end up bringing me in. I almost took another job because I didn't think I'd get this interview. I got in after I accepted the other job, which was awkward. The interview with Ron Way was tough, I joked it felt like a CIA interview. I thought I blew it and was ready to start the other job, but I got this offer last minute. You have to work hard and learn fast. Grant, the main account manager, says I learn quick. I thought I'd do his job at first, but I guess I have to pay my dues. I'm definitely moving up though, and the starting pay is pretty good.

Behavioral Other

First, a rigorous phone interview that was honest about the job, pay, and possibilities. The GSM did this one. Then, an in-person interview at the Beaverton office. We talked in a nice conference room, and it was also a chance to ask about the company's past, values, goals, and how to move up. I also met the owners at the end.
