The interview process is outlined on their website. It consists of standard phone interviews, followed by panel interviews. There's also a take-home assignment. It's pretty straightforward, and you can tell they really value their team. The hardest part was just how long it took. There are many stages, but I liked it because it showed me they put a lot of effort into hiring the right people.

Behavioral Technical Coding

It started with a recruiter call, then a video call with the hiring manager, and then a technical test. The technical test involved integrating their SDK into a mobile app (Android or iOS), triggering events based on user behavior, and fixing some bugs. Even though I completed the test, they said I didn't fully integrate it and that many requirements weren't fixed. I asked for more details about what was missing, but they just repeated themselves. It felt like they were making excuses. If you're going to have candidates spend hours on tests, give them actual feedback on where they went wrong.

The interview process was pretty clear and simple. They let me know about the interview in advance and gave good instructions on what to expect for each part. It included a 30-minute call with the recruiter, then a technical interview and a take-home assignment. After that, there was an in-person technical interview at their office, followed by a phone technical interview and a presentation.
