First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Branch.
Sales Leader
This branch has about 4-5 rounds. You start with a TA team call, then a chat with the HM, then a few more calls with people from other teams. Finally, there's a senior leadership call, which is like a bar raiser, to check if you're aligned with the company's core values.

Sales Representative
The hiring process was quite lengthy, with more phases than I've seen before. It included: an interview with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, followed by an interview with two peers in similar roles. After that, there was a panel presentation with the hiring manager and the peers. Next was an interview with the VP of HR & Culture, and finally, an interview with the VP of Global Sales. Despite being lengthy, the process moved quickly and had clear goals, giving both the company and me a clear understanding of expectations if hired. It's important to research Branch, their products, and the value they provide to customers beforehand, as this interview is unique and requires prior preparation.

Sales
The interview process included a recruiter call, a hiring manager zoom, an onsite panel, a sales presentation, and a final interview with a senior manager. I completed all these stages, investing over 20 hours in the sales presentation. I really enjoyed the onsite part, but things changed after I left. I was told I'd get an update within 48 hours. Despite my attempts to reach out, the recruiter kept saying the hiring manager would respond that day. There was no response. A week later, no texts, calls, or emails were answered. I finally emailed for an update, as it had been a week since my interviews, and received a quick, canned denial. For a company that emphasizes culture and 'fast feedback often,' this wasn't my experience at the end. It's easier to tell someone they weren't selected than to make them wait a week for a generic denial email. A phone call with feedback would have been useful. If you're considering interviewing, know that you'll likely love the company and people, like I did. But be prepared to ask for feedback within a timeframe, or you might end up pausing other interviews just to get a canned denial email. A really disappointing end to what I thought would be the next step in my sales career.
- Can you tell me about your prospecting strategies?
- What is deep linking, and how can it benefit clients?
- How do you see yourself contributing as part of a team?
