Recruiting Coordinator
The interview process was super clear. I got an email to set up a call with the hiring manager the day after I was referred. After talking with them, I went to their office for more interviews. The people I met were nice and really knew their stuff. Everything asked and discussed was about the actual job duties and past experiences that show you can do well. Here's the breakdown: First, a call with Hiring Manager. Then, a challenge I had 4 days to finish, which was cool and showed me what the job is like. Finally, an on-site interview where I met the Recruiting/Operations Team, the Head of People, and one of the Co-Founders. I always knew where I stood because the Recruiting Coordinator and Hiring Manager kept me updated. After I said yes to the offer, the team sent me emails, which was a nice touch. The whole thing was quick and friendly. Great job, Branch!

The interview process was excellent, with amazing turnaround times from the coordinators and recruiters. My interview included two HR rounds and four Business Unit head rounds, plus a comprehensive and challenging take-home assessment that really helped me research the firm thoroughly. The warmth, kindness, and great conversations I had with everyone gave me a good feel for their work culture, values, and vision. The onboarding process after accepting the offer was super smooth.
