Renewals Manager
There were about 7 interviews, each lasting 30 minutes. It was a collaborative process involving different departments, and everyone had clear expectations. The interviewers were open to hearing my experiences and challenges. The overall experience was good, and I received regular updates.

Renewals Manager
I applied online and the process took about 4 weeks total, involving around 5-6 steps. It started with an initial phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager. Then there was a take-home assessment. After that, I had two meetings with senior leadership and different team members to assess my abilities and discuss my past work history related to the role. The final round was with an executive to check if I'd be a good cultural fit. The recruiters kept in touch and were proactive throughout the whole thing.
- Describe a situation where you suggested introducing a new process.
- In what ways would your former colleagues and managers characterize you?
- What makes you interested in working for Branch?
Manager
The interview process was pretty standard. I had a recruiter phone screen, then a presentation and discussion with a team member. After that, a group presentation was scheduled. During the presentation, some team members, including senior leaders, weren't very engaged. It's always disappointing to see rudeness after putting in effort to prepare presentations. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here.
- Could you explain how you would scale solutions?
