The interview process was really well-planned to assess my skills and how I'd fit into the team dynamics. The company was very clear about hiring, and the team seems very mature and focused on results. The prep calls were super helpful and should be standard practice. The 30-minute guidance from leaders was great for making sure I had everything needed for the next steps. The process included: 1. Recruiter discussion 2. Hiring Manager Meeting 3. Head of Department Prep call for Task 1 4. Task 1 Discussion 5. Hiring Manager Prep call for Task 2 6. Role Play Round for Task 2 and feedback 7. Branch Leadership Meeting 8. Final Decision

First, there's a phone call, then you get a homework assignment to do in a few days. If you pass that, you move to a remote panel interview. The panel interview went great, mostly. Two of the interviewers were good, but one barely made eye contact for the whole 40 minutes, which was a bit of a confidence killer. Someone needs to pay attention when a candidate is speaking. The final feedback was that I have great skills, but they don't fit the current role. My skills are clear on my resume, so maybe they could have just filtered my resume early on to save time.

Had a great initial call with the Director of Partnership where we talked about the TAM role and how I'd fit. The next call was with another AM team member who shared his daily tasks and what they were looking for. Then, I had a take-home assignment to show how I communicate with partners and handle technical questions. The last interview was a panel with the Partnerships team, which was awesome for understanding how everyone contributes to the business. The whole process was super quick and efficient.
