Project Management
This interview was the last step. It was online using Zoom, lasted under 15 minutes, and I spoke with one person. They had a script and didn't seem very engaged, asking basic questions and then thanking me.
- Could you tell me about your educational background and any experience you have that's relevant?
- What would you say are your biggest strengths?
- And what about your weaknesses?
Project Manager
It was a really relaxed and chill interview experience. The HR staff were lovely. They asked a few questions about my background and my goals for this program. There were also some questions about my strengths and weaknesses.
- Can you share a weakness of yours?
- Could you tell me about your background?
- What are your aspirations for this program?
Project Manager
My application was initially rejected, but then they reconsidered and invited me for an interview. The process was well-organized and relaxed. The interviewer was friendly and direct. It felt like they were more focused on my English skills than my qualifications. The questions were simple and straightforward. They gave a good overview of the company and the internship program's outcomes. They also explained the post-interview process and the program's overall journey. The Q&A part was brief, lasting about 5 minutes, and the entire interview took around 10 minutes.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What are your future aspirations in the next 5 years?
- Describe your most memorable experience.
