So, I sent in my resume and heard back like 3 months later for an online coding test. Then, 3 days after that, I got a Skype interview. They asked me some general C++ and Python questions. After that, I had another Skype call with the team lead, but it wasn't technical, just about standard tools. The final step was an onsite interview where I talked with people from different departments like platform, navigation R&D, and HR. So, in total, there were 5 rounds: a first intro round, a coding round, another technical chat, a discussion with someone from R&D, and then a final chat with my potential team leader.

First I was given a search algorithm assessment and I have completed it in 4 days. The second round was a technical interview, it was easy, they asked me a programming question on binary trees (a very easy one). I messed up this easy question. The interviewer was kind and asked some software engineering questions like multi-threading, coredump, etc. some differentiation questions like what does double diff mean when finding maximum of equation. The interviewer was kind and very interactive. But I didn't get an offer, I think because I didn't solve the problem properly. But, I still answered all the questions and this is outrageous, because after putting me through a long interviewing process they just cut me off because I didn't answer a small question.
