Maintenance Technician
The interview process was easy and comfortable. They asked detailed questions about my background, experience, and future goals, considering both university and non-university paths. They were straightforward about the job and the types of challenges I might face. They made me feel welcomed and encouraged my replies.

Associate Director
Had a phone call with the boss, and then about a week later, I had a Zoom interview with a group. Then, about a week after that, I came to campus for a visit. Got the offer about 2 weeks after the visit.

Residential Advisor
There are multiple interviews, broken into two parts: formal and informal. The formal part involves teamwork to create a program for a hypothetical group of people. It also requires prioritizing issues like cultural, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs. The informal part is a one-on-one chat with a current RA to give you a preview of the role and tips for showing good qualities.

Graduate Assistant
It was a really professional and friendly process. The first part was about an hour long where we talked about my past projects and software experience. The next day, I had a one-on-one interview. They asked some direct questions about the projects listed on my resume, going into quite a bit of detail.
