UX Designer
Went through 5 interviews that went all the way up to the VP. After the last one, there was complete silence for about a month, and then I got a rejection. No feedback or rationale was given. The job is still open, and it felt like a big waste of time.

Human Resources Intern
I applied for the HR intern position at Brad's Deals back in December 2021. About two days after applying, someone reached out, and I had my first interview with their HR business partner. We chatted about me and what I wanted to get out of the internship, plus some behavioral stuff. The interviewer was really nice and friendly and talked about what it's like working there. Then I had a second interview with the VP of People, where I got asked more behavioral questions and we talked more about life at Brad's Deals. All in all, the whole thing from applying to getting an offer took about a week and a half. It was a really good experience.

Operations Coordinator
This was the most transparent and inviting interview process I have ever been through. I applied for the job and it took about 3 weeks to receive an invitation for a 1st round interview. My interview process was virtual and 2 rounds: The 1st interview was 45 minutes with HR and the 2nd was a 3 hour interview with my future manager and a panel of 4 other employees I would be working closely with. I was at first intimidated by the length of the 2nd interview but it felt WAY faster than 3 hours. I was at first nervous that I would be interview with 4 employees at once but they broke the interviews up - 1 hour with my future manager, 1 hour with 2 employees and another hour with the other 2 employees. The interview was more of an open conversation and all of the employees were SO easy to talk to and very personable. I found what I was looking for through this interview process. The interviews were held within one week of each other and I received an offer the following day after my 2nd interview. Within the first 10 minutes of these interviews, you can just tell that Brad's Deals really cares about their employees and everyone loves what they do.

Analyst
The hiring process was very quick. They scheduled rounds 1, 2, and 3 interviews rapidly. The first was a general phone call about my skills. The second interview was with my future manager, which was smooth and straightforward, covering my work history and some challenging questions for those new to the field. Both of these took about 30-60 minutes each and were great. The third interview was a group session with Brad, the hiring manager, and another employee. We discussed my career transition. This round was more demanding and lasted about 1.5 hours. It included questions about my work background and projects, as well as behavioral questions. This last interview was information-rich but relaxed, unlike a strict corporate environment. It felt encouraging, offering a sense of entrepreneurship and a small business vibe, which I really enjoyed, especially coming from a process-driven enterprise company.
