So I interviewed for this job, and it was kind of weird because I'd actually withdrawn my application before, but the position was still open. They asked me a bunch of questions about my last job, like who my supervisor was and if anyone had ever reported me to HR. I didn't get the job though, because they wanted someone with law firm experience.

The interview process was really great. The interviewers seemed more interested in getting to know me as a person instead of focusing on my grades or school stuff. I felt like this was the place for me after my interviews that day.

It was a very detailed process. I met with the department head and my potential immediate boss. They took the time to explain the job responsibilities and what they expected from the person in this role. We also talked about salary and the specific duties involved. They said they'd be in touch if they decided to move forward with my candidacy.
