I directly interviewed with 3 director-level engineers, skipping the recruiter screening. The first round went well, and they invited me for a second, on-site interview. The recruiter scheduled it but then went silent about travel details. A few days before, she canceled abruptly, saying the position was filled. The interviewers were nice, but the HR department's handling was unprofessional and left a poor impression.

Had a zoom call with 3 senior engineering/management folks and one younger engineer with 4+ years of experience. It was casual, conversational, and comfortable. They told me more about the company, their projects, and the culture. They asked some light technical questions and some questions about me.
