The recruiter was very responsive, friendly, and clear. However, the offered salary was quite low, especially for someone with 3-5 years of experience, topping out at 55K, which felt insulting. I was interested in learning more about the team and company since I lived nearby. When I mentioned my salary expectations, aiming for a future PPC Director role, the Manager stated it was experience-based. This contradicted the low pay cap for experienced candidates, making me feel it's more suited for an entry-level role despite requiring senior/managerial experience. I shared some insights on Search but held back detailed learnings due to the low compensation. Overall, it felt like a waste of time, and I wish the pay had been more transparent upfront. I advise others not to waste their time here.

I interviewed with the HR manager, sales manager, and the lead sales person (who is the owner's wife). They were all really nice people and it seemed like a great opportunity. First, they did a phone screening. Then, I had an in-person meeting with HR that lasted about 10-15 minutes. After that, I met with the sales manager, and finally, I met with the owner's wife, who is the top sales person.

It was a standard interview process. First, I had a phone interview, and then a face to face interview. They mentioned there would be three interviews in total, but I only completed two. The interview itself was pretty easy. My interviewer, Adriel, was really nice and made me feel comfortable. Their positive energy and excitement gave me a boost of confidence during the interview.
