Behavioral Case Presentation

First a conversation with HR. It was quite open and they thought along with your qualities within the organization. Then a conversation with the Sales director, it was quite loose, also more looking at the fit. The last round was a case where you had to prepare a fictional customer conversation and role-play it. If you are an experienced BDM, it goes quite loosely.

Behavioral Presentation

Two interviewers were supposed to be there, but they both arrived late, one 10 minutes late and the other 15 minutes late. During my introduction, where I discussed my experience with two relevant projects at bpost, they didn't ask any questions or offer any challenges. The only question I was asked was about my vision for the next mobile app. I proposed several improvements based on a benchmark of similar apps, but I also explained that I would need more internal information and time to elaborate further. They listened to my suggestions without any comments or remarks. One of the interviewers seemed unfocused during the discussion.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone call, online cognitive tests, then a first interview with HR and a second interview with the manager. The HR person was very evasive throughout the interview, sometimes looking at her nails, and didn't understand the experience on the CV, despite clear descriptions and repetitions. This is the first time I've encountered someone so out of touch. There was no introduction. Two days later, a generic email feedback was sent, with no feedback on the Hudson tests and no response to the request for personalized feedback.

Behavioral Other

I was contacted quickly after submitting my resume and cover letter online. The phone call lasted about 20 minutes with the relevant manager, which made a positive impression. During the call, I was asked to complete some tests that were sent to me afterwards. However, after a week of no communication, I received an impersonal email stating that I was not the right match for the position. This was strange, as the tests were Hudson tests and they already had all my answers from the phone call, so it seemed unclear why I still had to complete these tests. I responded by asking for more explanation, but unfortunately received no reply.
