The process involved one HR interview and one manager interview. They asked standard questions about finance, motivation to join the directorate, relevance of the candidate's background, and why bpifrance. The interview process started with a phone call with HR consultants in Paris, followed by an in-person interview with the team directors. The selection process can take a while, as it's been over 3 weeks since the last interview and I still haven't heard back (summer period).
