Intern
Standard process with a first phone call (max 15 min) then two video interviews for the HR part and the second technical one on-site with the teams and managers. They don't aim to put us in difficulty but to know us better and see what we would like especially for an internship.
- What is the future career you are aiming for?
Intern
The process involved one HR interview and one manager interview. They asked standard questions about finance, motivation to join the directorate, relevance of the candidate's background, and why bpifrance. Some questions were about bpifrance's operations and understanding its public utility. The market sizing question was quite easy. The process was fast and transparent.

Student Intern
The interview process started with a phone call with HR consultants in Paris, followed by an in-person interview with the team directors. The selection process can take a while, as it's been over 3 weeks since the last interview and I still haven't heard back (summer period).
