First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BPCM.
Associate Account Executive
For this junior role, there were 4 interview rounds. Honestly, the interviews made me question if it was worth it. They also kept me waiting for a while before deciding.
- How capable am I of working independently
Director
Applied online and then scheduled a call with HR for a screen that was a 15 minute phone call. Heard back one full month later they decided to go with another candidate (I did not have agency experience).
- Can you tell me about yourself and your experience?
Assistant Account Executive
We did a bunch of phone interviews with different people on the team, then an in-person interview, and I also had to do a writing assignment. Overall, it wasn't too difficult, pretty much what I expected.
- Can you show examples of press coverage you've achieved?
Intern
It was about 10 minutes long. They just went through my resume and talked about the program. It goes by really fast and I honestly thought I didn’t get it given how short it was. They really just want to get to know you though and as long as you don’t say anything weird or off-putting, you’ll be fine.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
