The hiring process here is super slow and they don't give you any updates on your application status. It was a panel interview and they didn't even give me time to ask my own questions. There was also a role-play exercise where I had to act out how I would do the job. I was really keen on this role, but I got two other job offers while I was waiting for them to decide. I had to turn those down because the salary they offered was much lower than the other two, even though those roles were pretty similar in terms of what they involved and the experience needed.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • I was asked to role-play through a real-life procurement scenario.
  • The workspace setup was surprising – no cubicles, just chairs, and everything is visible.
  • The carpet squares are bright and multi-colored, giving it a pre-school feel.

Technical Behavioral

I applied online and after a couple of weeks, I was invited to take some skill tests – verbal and numerical. They were pretty short, only 30 minutes total, and had to be done in one sitting, one after the other. I actually found them easier than SHL tests. About two weeks later, I got invited to the interview stage, which involved two interviews on the same day. The first was a competency interview that lasted 45 minutes and was quite pleasant. The questions were very personalized and related to my CV, focusing on things like innovativeness and achievements. The second was a technical interview that was a business case and lasted an hour. For this one, having commercial acumen and being able to communicate how you structure your thoughts was really important.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you tell me about your greatest achievement?
  • What would you have done differently in a past situation?
