Manager
The interview process had two parts: a virtual one and then a panel interview. The interviewers were professional and asked mostly behavioral questions related to the job. These questions were quite tough and needed some prior thought, so you couldn't just wing it. I felt the interview went well, and one of them even said they were 'really impressed' with my background and were looking forward to discussing the next steps. Even so, I got rejected soon after, though I did get some good feedback. The exact reasons weren't given, but I'm guessing it might have to do with the recent acquisition news, though you never know for sure.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this position?
- Describe a difficult situation you encountered at work and how you managed to resolve it.
Design Manager
I had a first interview stage virtually, then they invited me to a second stage in person. I was only given a day's notice for that and sadly couldn't make it. They said they'd reschedule, and it took them two weeks to get back to me with an email asking for my availability. I didn't see the email right away, maybe an hour after it was sent. I was about to reply when I got another email from a different recruiter saying I was no longer being considered. It was really confusing. I emailed the recruiter to check if the second email was meant for me but haven't heard back or received any other feedback.
- How do you handle team capacity?
- What's your approach to team development?
Management Trainee
The selection process had 4 stages. First, an Online Assessment with Logical (IQ statement questions), Comprehension, and Statistical questions. Second, a Pre-recorded digital interview with about 8 generic questions like 'How would you contribute to the organization?' and 'What's your biggest regret?'. Third, an Online Technical interview with Hiring Managers, which was challenging. You'd share your screen and complete technical questions, including a Coding test in a language of your choice within a time limit. Fourth, an Exploration Day (Group Assessment), a final stage where you'd meet other candidates, be divided into teams, and complete group and individual tasks, including brainstorming sessions. You needed to analyze key points and present them efficiently and concisely.
- Describe an instance where you took the lead on a project.
