The interview process starts with an assessment stage, followed by an on-demand interview via HireVue. Both these stages are convenient to complete. There is expected to be a third stage involving a physical assessment of technical skills at their office. I haven't received the results of the on-demand interview yet, so I can't provide more details on the third step's assessment process.

Technical Behavioral

Applied for a Well Site Leader role within the graduate program. The process started with a HireVue round, followed by a technical interview. The technical interview was thorough but not overly challenging. I received an automated rejection email after the technical round. Approximately a week later, a recruiter contacted me about a final round interview for a Wells Engineer position. By then, I had already accepted another offer. The miscommunication regarding the role change was unexpected.

It was a 5 round interview process. Everything was going fine until the last stage, which was a group assessment. You gotta be super prepared for curveball questions and be quick with your answers.
