The whole process went pretty smoothly, the HR business partner was very supportive during my panel interview for this entry level financial analyst position. They didn't ask any technical questions during the interview because I already passed a technical skills test before it. Mostly, they focused on soft skills and my career objectives.

I had one screening interview, which was fast and straight to the point. The talent acquisition person understood my profile and the job description. Then, I had one interview with the Hiring Manager, which was scheduled for 45 minutes but turned into a 90-minute chat. It was a great conversation, and the position was well explained. After that, I had two interviews with other directors, each lasting 45 minutes. They asked about my experience and what I wanted to bring to bp.

I was really keen on joining BP, a dream company for me. However, my experience with their interview process was the worst I've ever had. The first round was a HireVue, which I passed. Then, I received an email for the second round, a video conference with two interviewers scheduled for 3:00 p.m. I was all ready, but just 10 minutes before the meeting, I got an email stating I was rejected.
