The interview process is pretty straightforward. They let you know the date for the interview, ask you some questions, and that's it. I went through three rounds. They'll ask you questions and all that, but if you try to ask them anything, they don't have any sensible answers. In my third round, the interviewer seemed completely uninterested in hiring me and was just going through the motions. When I asked a question, their response was totally nonsensical, like asking about the sky's color and getting an answer about playing Ludo.

The whole interview was about an hour and it was the only one, which I think is great. First, there was a language check where someone spoke Portuguese to me and asked me stuff about myself and my experience in Portuguese. Second, two team leaders asked me about my background, my experience, and my expectations. They asked me to talk about myself, how I handle tough situations and organize my work, what I want from my manager and colleagues, and how my friends would see my personality and professional self. They also asked if I had any questions, and I made sure to ask about company-provided training, ongoing learning, and career development. Lastly, one team member stayed to chat about the company, the role, salary expectations, and so on.

I put in my application online and they got back to me the same day through email, asking me to come in for an assessment centre about a week later. There were four other people there with me, which was good and made it less nerve-wracking. The management team was really informative and super chill, making the whole thing pretty fun. They split us into two groups for a quick exercise and then we all had a one-on-one chat at the end. A week after that, they let me know I was moving on, and then another week later, I got the offer. So, from start to finish, it only took two weeks to get an offer.
