Pharmacy Assistant

Customer Service Assistant
It was a quick process, with the interviews happening very close to each other. The interview time itself was also fast. They provide quick results, the longest wait is for them to call you for the process. They are great at managing the selection process.

The hiring process was quite long, taking about 2 to 3 months. I initially applied for a more senior role and made it to the final stages. However, in the last step, the position was changed to a junior level, which was frustrating because the scope shifted without clear communication. I continued out of curiosity to see the final offer. The salary for the junior role was okay but below my expectations, especially for a hybrid model requiring in-office presence. The benefits also weren't great – the meal voucher amount was low, and there were no significant compensations to justify being in the office three times a week. The interview itself was fine. The first stage with HR focused on understanding my profile and fit for the role. It was a casual conversation, and I felt they genuinely wanted to get to know me. Everyone involved was helpful and polite, but the process could have been faster and more transparent about the changes to the role. Considering everything – salary, benefits, work model – I decided not to proceed with the offer.
