The hiring manager called and left a voicemail asking me to call back. When I did, we had a 10 minute phone interview. They asked me why I was interested in this organization and about my work experience. They also outlined the next steps if I advanced, but I never heard back about the outcome.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview was formal and professional, conducted at the main community centre 'hub' with the Director and my direct Supervisor. This setting was great because I got to see the community we serve and the staff's daily interactions. Both interviewers were very kind, understanding, and had a good sense of humor. They also shared their personal experiences, which made the interview feel more like a meeting than a formal interview.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What does community mean to you?
  • Can you walk me through a typical day in your program with a sample plan?
