It was an easy and straightforward process. I had two interviews, both technical but without any coding. First, a recruiter call to screen me, then an in-person interview with the team. It was less stressful.

Technical Behavioral

I interviewed with Boxy Charm back in early 2020. A quick LinkedIn check showed the manager for this role isn't there anymore. I had a phone screening with a recruiter, and then two more rounds with the finance/accounting management. The first round with the manager was okay, and the second round was really good. Even though I didn't get the job, which is totally fine, the company really dropped the ball on feedback. I had to chase the recruiter twice over two days to find out the decision. It was right when the pandemic was starting, so I'm hoping they've improved their hiring process since then.

Behavioral Technical

Applied for the Marketing Analyst job online and an HR person reached out for a phone call. About a week after that, I had an in-person interview. Then, about another week later, two people I'd be working with interviewed me. A few days after that, the same HR person called to say I got the job.

I applied online and then had a phone screening. After that, the interviewer was really unresponsive and gave a timeline for the hiring process that ended up being way longer than they initially said.
