Career Advisor
There were two rounds to the interview process. The first round was mostly standard questions and some behavioral questions about why I wanted the job, my previous experience, how I'd handle different situations, and my experience with students. They also went over the job description. The second round had deeper behavioral questions about how I'd handle my duties, challenges, and problems in the role, as well as balancing school and work. I got to ask all my questions and then got a tour of the office.

Resident Advisor
The interview process started with an info session about the job, then checked if my gpa was high enough, followed by an online application. After that, there was a group presentation where we had to come up with a solution for a residence hall problem. The normal interview process includes a one-on-one with a hall director and a current resident advisor. Then, the next day or weekend, there's a presentation part where candidates are put in groups to solve a residence life issue. For a quick hire, it's just a one-on-one interview with a few hall directors.
